The Chevelles keep the party going

E-mail Print PDF

The Chevelles played a rare local show at Coyote Joes, Feb. 12. They know how to keep the party gTim Carter of the Chevelles at Coyote Joes, Feb. 12. Photo by Richard Ameryoing.

They know all of the hits and played them. Frontman/ guitarist Tim Carter, keyboardist / guitarist Scott Kanashiro and bassist Dave Chomiak  took turns singing lead vocals.

They played Dr. Hook’s “Cover of the Rolling Stone”  and “Stuck In The Middle With You.”

And then for something a little different they sang Fleetwood Mac’s “Go Your Own Way” with Carter, Kanashiro and Chomiak  harmonizing beautifully.
They turned things up for an excellent cover of Ace Frehley’s “ Back In The New York Groove.”
