Coda plays blues classics for St. Patrick’s Day

I caught part of the third set of local blues rock quartet Coda at Legends.

They had a busy March 17 as they were playing Honker’s 21st birthday bash earlier in the night as well. I caught them on two breaks before finally catching part of their last set at Legends.

Frontman/ lead guitarist Sheldon Shukaliak, bassist Rick Maddeaux plus a drummer and a keyboardist, played a tight set of blues and blues rock music including “She Caught the Katy” and “Before You Accuse Me.”
