The Smokehouse is starting to hold metal shows. I finally caught the end of one, June 2 featuring Victoria metal hardcore band Vultures.

 They had the best crowd yet at one of the shows and Vultures entertained a frothing mosh with loud, angry, sludgy metal/punk music.
