Over at the Owl, a spur of the moment punk show drew a good sized crowd, March 22.Stressed Out play their short, sweet and loud set. Photo by Richard Amery
Cold Gold opened the show with a solid debut performance of original ’90s style pop punk along the lines of Green Day, Blink -182 and Treble Charger, who they  sounded very similar to.

But Cold Gold’s vocalist, wCold Gold plays ’90s style pop-punk. Photo by Richard Ameryho also played Punkalotamus,  March 24 at the Lethbridge Legion, could carry a decent melody and the band was tight though a variety of time tempo changes and energy which had the crowd clustered in front of the band, playing in front of  the stage.

Lethbridge punk band Stressed Out followed that up with a short, fast loud and sweet  and sweaty upbeat set that was very familiar to all those who have heard  nay experienced a Stressed Out show. They sang about high school and shit salads and were having a lot of fun with the crowd, still clustered in front of them as they too played on the floor of the Owl. They ended with their namesake song “Stressed Out,” and before you knew it, were out the door.
