BC DC have fun playing the AC DC catalogue

E-mail Print PDF

It is always a good time when AC DC tribute band BC DC visit Lethbridge.  It has been a few years, but they haven’t lost their touch.

The last time I saw them, the lead Bc CD having fun with AC DC classics. Photo by Richard Ameryguitarist  was wearing a cow outfit. I only caught part of their second set.

They returned to Lethbridge to play Soundgarden, June 3.
This time he was doing his best Pete Townshend moves while dressed in a white and blue jumpsuit he could have swiped from ABBA’s closet. Or Evel Knievel’s closet.

They made no effort to look like AC DC, though the frontman and his bushy, curly black hair did have an uncanny resemblance to Brian Johnson.
His voice was solid on numerous Bonn Scott era AC DC songs the band played.

They also did a couple Brian Johnson AC DC favourites “Shoot To Thrill ” and “You Shook Me All Night Long,” which had a decent sized crowd singing along.
