I missed the first band, but arrived in time to get my ears blown out  by a blast of shrieking feedback which started the Necessities’ set.
Once they got that sorted out, they had much of the packed room in front of the stage , dancing along to  the band’s originals like ‘The Goat Song (Tin Can Soup).’ ‘The Cricket Song,’‘Old Folks Home’ and more as well as a  few covers.

And despite the feedback, they put on an entertaining show as usual.
And vocalist Thomas Woodman brought out a didgeridoo for one number, as Devin Gergel switched between multiple instruments.
